CREDBAL – WORKING MODEL

Step-1

User needs to register themselves in the CREDBAL and log into their respective CREBAL profile.

By Clicking on the “PROFILE” option, User shall update their profile with details such as Name, Address, Type of Organization, Proof along with address. Clicking on Type of Organization, various options such as Proprietorship, JV/AOP/BOI, Trust/Society, Private/Public Limited Company, Banks and others are being provided. User may choose and submit their Proof Documents accordingly. User shall be enabled to upload a profile picture at their choice.

In case of an organization with more than one individual, details of such individual may be entered along with the necessary proof. Proofs submitted by the users shall be subject to KYC verification. Unless KYC verification is completed by the CREDBAL Team, user shall not be enabled to use the complete features of CREDBAL.

On multiple users in the same CREDBAL profile, the Super User (Director/Proprietor/Partner of the Organization) shall have option to grant access/permission to perform specific functions to all Sub-Users.

User shall set “PASSWORD” for their CREDBAL account, ensuring privacy.

Contact Details of the Organization is to be fed to get periodical updates from CREDBAL in regard with pending payments to be received or made.

After creating a profile, User may use the click away option to Generate Invoice, it shall lead to the page where user can raise invoice by entering the Client details, Invoice details and payment details.

User on clicking into Sent Invoice/Pro Note, shall be able to view the invoices raised by them. All invoices are classified under 4 heads namely, (i) Pending (ii) Accepted (iii) Rejected and (iv) Completed. Clicking on each option user shall be enabled to view all details of the invoices pending or accepted or rejected or which payment are completed

User on clicking upon the Received Invoice/Pro Note, option shall be able to view the invoices received by them. All invoices shall be classified into 4 categories as supra along with additional option to accept or reject the invoice.

Clicking on the Payment option, users shall be enabled to update payment sent or received or accept or reject the payment. Further Payment option shall also enable the user to view the advance received amount, net balance pending, due dates for each payment and amount received in respect of each payment. In respect of all the aforesaid options namely, user shall be provided with a Search tab at the corner enabling them to search specific invoice.

User by clicking on the Update payment on Sent Invoices shall be able to update the payment received for the invoices raised.

User by clicking on the Update payment on Received Invoices option shall be able to update the payment sent for the invoices received by them.

By clicking on the Accept / Reject - payment update received on sent Invoices option, user shall be enabled to accept/reject the payment made by the creditor. This option is enabled to users so that in case of amount received differs wholly/partly from the amount updated, user shall have the option to accept/reject the updated payment on the CREDBAL platform.

After updating the invoice sent or payment received, User shall be enabled to see his business health as to the number of invoices to which payments are to be received by them or number of invoices to which payments are to be made by them. This shall be the home screen/dashboard for every user.

Score

By the clicking on the CREDBAL Score option, user shall be enabled to see their own credit score. Score/Business Health history shall be depicted by way of graph on a monthly basis thereby enabling the user to know their high and low phases over the year.
